OWNERSHIP

Aeref Africa (Pty) Ltd is a Black Female owned business in the air-conditioning and refrigeration sector. It is a 100% South African company that supports the Transformation process and the Codes of Good Practice. Lee-Anne Van Biljon has in excess of ten years experience in HVAC & R ( Heating, Ventilation, Air-conditioning and Refrigeration) sector. Her management experience is in Project management, Administration and Finance. Two (2) Executive Managers are experienced in Refrigeration and Logistics.

TECHNICAL

The company employs twelve teams of technicians with experience in VRV/DSM and ducted airconditioning systems. Dedicated teams are employed in installations and maintenance separately.

Another area of specialisation is refrigeration with teams in excess of fifteen years experience. Supermarket and Cold Storage refrigeration being the focus.

EXPERIENCE

Each Team Leader has personally in excess of ten (10) years experience in the HVAC & R industry. All teams are accredited and have experience in the petroleum industry.

Team Leaders are technically qualified in the trade and posses the important SAQCC Certification. (South African Qualification & Certification Committee). This is a Dept of Labour requirement for technicians working with gases.

COMPANY CREDENTIALS

The company is a member of SARACCA ( South African Refrigeration & Air-conditioning Contractors Association). We employ a qualified and experienced H.S.S.E. Officer].
